Meet and Interview the current franchisee

Today, I want to go to Malaya University to meet the Kebab Turki Baba Rafi franchisee. He was very friendly and answer me several question.









I asked a few question:


1. How much does your franchise gross per year? How much does it net? Are the procedures followed to make royalty payments to the franchisee burdensome?


Are the financial projection of revenues, expenses, and profit that the franchisor provided me accurate in your judgment?
Partially accurate, there are lots of unpredictable issue will cost extra expenses such as, floating price of raw material, worker issue, reparation and maintenance of the equipment.

3. Does the franchisor give you enough assistance in operating your Business?

Only on basic part

4 . How many hours, on average, do you work a week?

around 8 hour

5 . How often do you get a vacation?

Not applicable due to i am not full time working on involving on this franchise business operation

6 . Have you been caught off-guard by any unexpected costs or expectations?

Yes, especially foreign worker issue on the cost of visa application, hired new workers, and changing policy by government.

7 . Does you franchisor provide ongoing training and support to you?

Only when needed


8 . If you had to do it all over again, would you purchase a franchise in this system? Why?

If I still have limited fund, i will due to this franchise system is much more cheaper then other franchise business.
